Gal specializes in AI-based technologies for HR and Talent Acquisition; Two of his Start-Up companies have made successful exits. He was invited by Dr. Hila Chalutz - Ben Gal to speak at the Faculty of Engineering about how AI is transforming the Business World 

The Faculty of Engineering was honored to recently host Mr. Gal Almog, one of Israel’s High-Tech pioneers. Gal is a groundbreaking entrepreneur who specialized in AI-based technologies in the field of Human Resources Management. Two of his Start-Up Companies were acquired by huge US-Based companies: Pandologic, which helps large organizations recruit employees using AI; and Talenya, which developed a AI-based technological solution for improving recruitment processes in the High-Tech ecosystem. In 2021, Gal was named one of the 100 most influential people in the Talent Acquisition tech market.

Gal was invited by Dr. Hila Chalutz - Ben Gal of the Industrial Engineering and Information Systems Management program. His talk, “Shaping Tomorrow: How AI is Revolutionizing Our Workplace and the Future of Work,” opened a window into the world of business in the age of AI, and included fascinating insights about how AI is reshaping human-enabled processes, the work itself, and even our professional identities. Gal presented an impressive vision of the effects of the data, AI, and LLMs revolutions, emphasizing the incredible opportunities and challenges they pose.

In addition to his profound knowledge and unique perspective, Gal is a role model of impactful entrepreneurship: on top of his 25 years of entrepreneurial activities, he wrote five books and released two music albums. After years of intensive business operations, Gal is currently directing his energy and experience towards social and community building activities that make a positive impact on Israel.
