Schulich Leader Scholarships

מלגת מנהיגי שוליך

Established by Seymour Shulich, a Jewish-Canadian businessman and philanthropist, the scholarship encourages young men and women in Israel to choose academic studies in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

If you see yourself as one of the future leaders of the State of Israel and the community in which you live, if, in addition to the desire to learn and grow personally, you are looking for a way to give back and act to improve and advance Israeli society; if you see yourself as an entrepreneur who builds and establishes companies—this is the place for you!

In addition to receiving the scholarship, winners may participate in extracurricular programs throughout the academic year and join the leadership community and the prestigious and exclusive "Shulich Leaders" Community.

The scholarship amount is 40,000 NIS per academic year—160,000 NIS for a four-year degree or 120,000 NIS for a three-year degree. The educational institution defines the duration of the degree.

You are invited to apply for the Shulich Leader scholarship if you meet the following criteria:

  • Particularly outstanding candidates (psychometric grade above 710 and matriculation average of 110) starting the first year of studies at the university
  • Majoring in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics

Registration for the scholarship for the 2025 academic year will open on March 1, 2024
