Embedded Memories Defense Techniques Against Power Analysis
תיאור הפרויקט ותכולתו:
Conventional embedded memories, implemented by a 6T SRAM bitcells, are highly susceptible to side-channel attacks used to reveal the data stored in the memory array. While embedded memories are usually optimized for density and performance, little attention has been given to defending them against side-channel attacks, such as differential power analysis. In this project, novel design techniques will be implemented to reduce the correlation between the memory data and its power characteristics and therefore make it resilient to power attacks.
