This project focuses on assessing the efficiency of antibody binding and the orientation of antibody conjugation in gold nanoparticles. By combining computational protein folding analysis with experimental laboratory work, the project aims to evaluate the performance of these nanoparticles under various conditions and their biological effectiveness. The study will leverage advanced statistical methods to compare antibody binding in active and inactive regions and test the functionality of conjugated nanoparticles on cells. This integrative approach will provide valuable insights into optimizing gold nanoparticle-based technologies.
