Efficient Switch capacitor DC to DC supply voltage up-converter
תיאור הפרויקט ותכולתו:
Often integrated circuits require voltage above the supply rail, VCC. In this project, you will design a switched capacitor DC-to-DC up-converter which will raise the supply voltage to roughly 1.4X VCC. This circuit must supply under a variety of loading conditions from 10’s of uA to several mA and a large VCC range. This must also be done at high power efficiency (> 80%). It is expected that this will be a closed loop system using pulsed frequency modulation. This circuit will be used in security applications.
