EEG - Electroencephalogram is a test that measures electrical activity in the brain, has high temporal resolution, but low spatial.
SCOS - Speckle Contrast Optical Spectroscopy is a technique to measure cerebral blood flow velocity changes using Electrooptical devices (fibers, lasers, camera). Has relatively high spatial resolution, and relatively low temporal resolution.
The idea to combine both systems to get spatial and temporal resolution.
