מימוש מקודד ומפענח LDPC

FPGA implementation of  LPDC encoder and decoder 

תיאור הפרויקט:

The standard method for LDPC decoding is based on the belief-propagation (BP) algorithm
which is based on passing messages along the edges of the Tanner graph representation of the parity check matrix. In this project the students implement an LPDC decoder on FPGA that 
is efficient both in the needed memory space and computational complexity and takes into account the special features provided by the FPGA architecture. The specification of the encoder and decoder will be based on 802.16 standard. 

תכולת הפרויקט:

הפרויקט כולל כתיבת תוכנה Matlab/C המממשת את אלגוריתמי הקידוד והפיענוח  וכן מימוש האלגוריתם בFPGA.
